Cookie policy
Updated 7 October 2026
In short
- Technical cookies make the site work (language, login, your cookie choice) and are always on.
- Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel load only if you accept them, and you decide on each one separately.
- You can change your mind at any time from «Cookie settings», at the bottom of every page.
This Cookie Policy describes the use of cookies and similar technologies on eraone.it, operated by EraOne Solutions. It is drafted in compliance with GDPR (EU Reg. 2016/679), the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC) and the Italian Garante guidelines of 10 June 2021, no. 231.
1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files that visited sites send to the user's browser, where they are stored and re-sent to the same sites on the next visit. Similar technologies (web storage, pixels) follow the same rules.
2. Cookie categories used
- Technical cookies (necessary): no consent required, ensure the site works.
- Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4): installed only if you accept «Visit measurement».
- Advertising cookies (Meta Pixel): installed only if you accept «Advertising»; they measure our Facebook and Instagram campaigns and may show you our ads.
You accept or refuse each purpose separately, from the banner or from «Cookie settings».
The site's typefaces are served from our own domain: for the fonts, the browser does not contact Google Fonts.

4. How we load Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel
- Before you choose, the site contacts neither Google nor Meta: no script and no third-party cookie.
- Google Analytics 4 loads only if you turn on «Visit measurement», with Google's consent mode (Consent Mode v2): the advertising signals stay denied because we do not use Google Ads; Google Signals and ad personalisation are off.
- The Meta Pixel loads only if you turn on «Advertising», without automatic configuration or advanced matching: we never send emails or phone numbers to Meta.
- They receive the pages viewed and a few actions on the site described with codes (clicks on buttons, use of the form, a form sent, a tap on WhatsApp or Call): never your name, email, phone or the text of your messages.
- If you are logged in to Facebook or Instagram in the same browser, Meta may link this information to your account, under its own rules.
- Google and Meta may also process this data in the United States.
5. Changing your mind
You can change your choices at any time from «Cookie settings» at the bottom of every page. If you turn a purpose off, we delete its cookies from your browser (_ga and _ga_<ID> for measurement, _fbp and _fbc for advertising) and reload the page, so the tool no longer loads. The fr cookie sits on Meta's domain and we cannot delete it from here: you can delete it from your browser settings or from the privacy settings of your Meta account. Your choice is kept in the technical cookie ec_consent for 6 months, then we ask again.
6. The cal.com calendar (Contact page)
On the Contact page, the calendar for booking the 30-minute call is provided by Cal.com, Inc. (United States) and loads with the page, whatever you chose in the banner. It does not load on the other pages of the site.
The calendar runs inside a cal.com frame (iframe): the cookies and other data it stores in the browser within it belong to cal.com and are described in its privacy policy. If you book, Cal.com receives the data you enter: see the Privacy Policy.
7. Managing / disabling cookies
You can manage consent via the banner shown on first visit or by reopening it from the «Cookie settings» button at the bottom of every page. Alternatively configure your browser:
Disabling technical cookies may impair site functionality (login, language, client portal).
