How much does a project cost?
It depends on what you need, and we put it in the quote before we start. As a guide, custom software typically costs €2,000–8,000. For a website or an automation, we'll give you a free quote after a first call.
I already have a website or software: can you build on it?
Yes. First we look at it and tell you what is worth keeping, improving or rebuilding. You can also start with a single process, quotes for example, and add the rest when you need it.
How long does it take?
It depends on the size of the project. We put the timing in the quote, stage by stage, with the previews you will see along the way.
Who will I work with?
With the EraOne team: Gianmarco Pacetti leads development and product, Gianluca Vassallucci the infrastructure. You deal with us directly, from the first call to support.
Do you work remotely, in Italy and abroad?
Yes, we also work remotely. Calls, previews and deliveries all happen online, in Italian, English and Spanish: there's no need to meet to run a project.
Who looks after the website or software after launch?
We can: hosting, updates and support, on terms we agree with you. The Hosting and support page explains how it works.
