Gianmarco starts from how the business works: which requests come in, who handles them, where time gets lost. With the client he decides which features are needed and in what order, then oversees their development, whether it's a website, custom software, an automation or the first version of a product.

Infrastructure and IT solutions

Gianluca looks after where projects live and how they keep running: servers, hosting, going live and technical updates. He has a background in computer science and experience running online shops and software infrastructure, so in technical choices he looks at what a website or a piece of software needs to stay online and up to date over time.
