Gianmarco Pacetti

I'm Gianmarco Pacetti, 19, from Palinuro in the Cilento. I co-founded EraOne Solutions at 18 together with Gianluca — but from the start it was never just about starting a company: I wanted to build things that genuinely help people. I move between software development, artificial intelligence, automation and cybersecurity, and what I love most is walking alongside founders and companies from the first idea to a real product — one people actually use and that works in the market. I'm not interested in technology because it sounds impressive: I care about it when it simplifies a process, improves an experience or helps a business grow. I believe in human, concrete technology — technology that doesn't replace people, but lets them do more.
Gianluca Vassallucci

I'm Gianluca Vassallucci, co-founder of EraOne Solutions. My background is in computer science, but my approach is operational: I follow projects from code to infrastructure, and from sales strategy to online presence. Over the years I've managed e-commerce platforms, software infrastructures, and projects that had to balance technical depth with speed to market. At EraOne I work on what makes the difference between “project delivered” and “project that drives results”: how it reaches customers, how we measure success, how it grows. I'm at my best when technology meets the market — and turns into customers, sales, and measurable growth.
