Hotel La Torre: three tools to communicate and serve better.

A hotel has many small processes repeated every day. For Hotel La Torre we tackled three: writing to guests who gave consent, updating content on the property's screens and preparing the dinner menu for the dining room.

Let's talk about your process

Guest emails, only to those who said yes

For the people running it

Contacts come from the hotel's management system and carry their consent with them. When staff prepare a message they choose who receives it and the system counts recipients straight away, automatically excluding anyone who unsubscribed or has an invalid address.

Templates with desktop and phone previews, one-click unsubscribe, gradual sending to protect the domain and a mandatory approval before every send.

The property's screens, updated from the office

For the people running it

Welcome, breakfast times, spa, excursions: staff upload content, order it with a duration for each item and decide which playlist goes on which screen, including vertical ones. The TVs play the playlist full screen and, if the connection drops briefly, keep going with content already downloaded.

The dinner menu, ready for the dining room

For the people running it

From the dish archive, with allergens and vegetarian options, staff compose the menu of the day: each main course has its side. The system generates the A4 sheet for the dining room, with lines for quantities and room and table fields, plus the menu for guests to read. The next day starts by duplicating the previous one.

What we built

  • Guest email platform with consent, exclusions, templates and approval
  • Screen management: content, playlists, screens and assignments
  • Dinner menu generator with PDFs for the dining room and for guests

The outcome

Three repetitive tasks become guided procedures that staff use without calling a technician: communicating with guests while respecting consent, keeping screens up to date, preparing the evening menu.

Is there a task you repeat every day?

Tell us how it's done today: who does it, with which tools, what's needed at the end. We'll assess whether a standard module is enough or a custom tool makes sense, with written costs.

These are custom tools for the hotel, not included in the packages. For a simple updatable menu or catalogue there's the standard solution at €249–399, without dining-room printing.
